We have our own code number for Provident Fund No., ESIC No., Professional Tax No., M.L.W.F No., Service Tax No., Income Tax No. & P. Tax. All this means hassle free work for the customers.

3. What is the duration of a normal contract?

Normally our Housekeeping contract is valid for a period of One year, which can be later renewed, if satisfied with our services.

4. Are statutory benefits offered to your employees?

Yes all statutory benefits like Bonus, Leave, Conveyance, H.R.A, Gratuity etc.. are offered to all our employees.

5. How do your employees perform their work?

At Springtime Maintenance, we have designed an exclusive program through which we educate our employees & Supervisors about all the technical aspects of their jobs.

We make sure; the employees assigned for their respective jobs bear the right training to carry out their duties.

6. How are quality standard’s measured & maintained?

All our employees work under the watchful eye a Supervisor.

We often have check-ups and surprise visits so as to avoid any unethical practices.

7. What about safety?

In this ever changing world where a smallest mistake or little ignorance can lead to mishaps & accidents, Safety plays an indispensable role.

Safety of our employees is our major concern. They are informed about the Do’s and Don’ts of any job in prior through training from time to time.

Safety drills are also practiced wherever required.

8. What kind of Housekeeping machines & equipments are used for Housekeeping work?

We make use of Manual as well as highly Automated machines for cleaning purposes. As just any one of them is not as effective, only after careful assessment we decide which machines & equipments are suitable for that habitat.

All the machines and equipments used are of high quality standards; also maintenance of these machines is looked after.

9. What about the cleaning material?

Yes, we can provide all the cleaning material required for the respective jobs.

We suggest using our materials & products as they are chosen for superior quality & effectiveness.

Sometimes other materials & products of low quality standards may damage the instruments, equipments & also on which they are used permanently.
